EAP Counselor (Part-Time)
Milwaukee, WI

FEI has an opportunity for a licensed, experienced professional for our telephonic EAP Services Center. This is a part time, non-benefit position for a minimum of 16 hours per week during business hours. In addition to regularly scheduled time, the ideal candidate would have flexibility and be able to work additional hours to meet the needs of the business. The successful candidate will have experience providing EAP assessment and referral services in addition to counseling.   

Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years’ experience post-master’s degree as a licensed provider of counseling/psychotherapy. At least one year providing EAP counseling.

Considered a Bonus: Bilingual, expertise with children, experience with substance abuse. Previous experience and competency using a telephonic headset and computer while interacting with a caller is preferred.

Development Manager
Milwaukee, WI

The Alliance for Strong Families and Communities, Inc. (Alliance) seeks a Development Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development Manager will help to advance our national public and private grants program; coordinate annual unrestricted appeals; manage our donor management system; and provide development resources and opportunities to our national network of health and human services organizations.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of experience or training. A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a nonprofit organization with demonstrated success in a development function. Commitment and passion for advancing the capacity and influence of the national nonprofit sector. Experience in grants management and proposal writing/editing; annual fund and direct mail; donor management systems; and fund development planning.
