EAP Counselor
Milwaukee, WI

FEI seeks a licensed therapist to join the EAP Services Center Team as a full-time EAP Counselor. Our EAP Counselors answer incoming calls during business hours from people accessing the EAP benefit provided by their employer for such things as brief counseling, legal or financial consultation, help finding resources for child or dependent care, higher education, adoption and others.

Counselors must have excellent customer service and social skills as well as comfort with a wide range of diversity. Sound judgement and the ability to think on your feet are necessary. While rarely needed, experience assessing for mental health emergencies and coordinating care for any such need is required. Broad knowledge of substance abuse is important. General familiarity with resource options is helpful.

Applicant must be fully licensed to practice independently. The candidate hired will have at least 3 years of licensed practice in general mental health counseling and at least one year of EAP experience.

Employee Assistance Representative
Milwaukee, WI

FEI seeks an energetic, personable professional to join the EAP Services Center Team as an Employee Assistance Representative. During daytime business hours, the Employee Assistance Representative helps the team respond to telephonic or email requests from people using the EAP benefit provided by their employer for such things as brief counseling, legal and financial consultation, or finding resources for child or dependent care, higher education, adoption or others.

Along with a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health discipline, customer service experience is required. The candidate hired will have excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with a wide range of diversity. Written and verbal communication must be clear and accurate.

Director of Organizational Learning

The Director of Organizational Learning will work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and develop learning tools delivered through a variety of methods to addresses business and performance effectiveness of nonprofit human service organizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective needs analysis, project management and instructional design and evaluations skills. This position will be the eLearning and Learning Management System (LMS) expert responsible for management and maintenance of the LMS and developing technology-based training. We seek a leader with demonstrated experience building a learning enterprise with a focus on improving member engagement, delivering value and driving revenue.
