Fund Development Coordinator

The Alliance for Strong Families and Communities, Inc. (Alliance) seeks a Fund Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team in support of the Alliance’s mission. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Fund Development Coordinator will help to advance our national public and private grants program; coordinate annual unrestricted appeals; manage and maintain the donor management system; and provide development resources and opportunities to our national network of health and human services organizations. Successful candidates will be expected to exhibit individual initiative, work independently and collaboratively, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, co-workers, and partners.

Account Manager
Milwaukee, WI

FEI seeks an ambitious candidate with post-graduate experience to join a behavioral health team of EAP and crisis management professionals providing account management services to corporate and government organizations.

Summary of responsibilities:

  • Account management - Develop effective, productive working relationships with customer contacts in EAP and Crisis Management.
  • Consultant - Provide customers consultation on employee and organization workplace behavior problems.
  • Onsite services – Provide or arrange for CIR. Conduct trainings and orientation.
  • Crisis team member – Participate in crisis activations during mass casualty events.
  • Business growth – Work with business development to grow customer base

The desired candidate is an individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow with our company in a diverse and challenging role. The applicate should have a demonstrated history of flexibility in managing job responsibilities with an eagerness to quickly learn new skills.
