Compliance and Ethics Hotline

FEI’s Compliance and Ethics Hotline (CEH) underscores your organization’s commitment to supporting the highest standards of ethical behavior. The CEH provides employees and stakeholders a means to anonymously report health and safety concerns, theft and illegal behavior, register complaints, and report unethical behavior to an impartial and objective third party. An external CEH gives employees a place to speak freely in a safe and confidential environment.

While 80 percent of employees in an Ernst & Young survey said that they would be willing to report a co-worker’s unethical or illegal conduct, almost 40 percent said that they would more likely do so if they could remain anonymous.
