FEI will present the May programs for the Wellness Council of Wisconsin Learning Circle 2017 Series.

These unique programs offer collaborative learning environments that allow participants to explore topics creatively, share best practices and learn from experts and each other to create high-value worksite wellness programs. FEI will present four sessions throughout the month of May:

FEI Senior Account Managers Michael McCafferty and Randy Kratz will present the learning session “Expanding Employee and Organizational Resilience Through EAP Engagement.” This informative and engaging workshop will help attendees understand how Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) have changed and the common stigma centered on EAP services. The session will discuss how to increase utilization, gain manager support and ultimately tie EAP to the well-being of their organization.

The session will also explore:

  • EAP roots in occupational alcoholism as a workplace intervention.
  • Understanding EAP as a broad-brush resource for addressing multiple aspects of employee and organizational wellness.
  • Best practices for most effectively using EAP as a partner in a comprehensive wellness initiative.
  • Problem solving from an EAP-informed perspective by discussing scenarios and examples from actual real world experiences.
