Employee Assistance Program
Our EAP is customized to match your company's needs. We provide employees and their immediate family members with professional, user-friendly, 24-hour access to problem-solving resources that support a healthy, productive, and successful workforce. Services include legal/financial consultation, crisis intervention, management consultation, and organizational training. These services are delivered in-person, over the phone, and through your company's co-branded website.
Crisis Management Services
FEI provides a full continuum of services in the areas of crisis preparedness, response, and recovery. We integrate behavioral health expertise, emergency management experience, and technology to offer specialized services that address the human dimensions of crisis management and business continuity. Our specially trained mental health professionals provide information, intervention, and support to individuals affected by the event on-site and by phone.
Our work-life services address the challenges of balancing the demands of work with personal and family responsibilities. We provide employees with access to expert guidance, information, and referrals relating to a variety of daily life events that can have a negative impact on employees’ work performance. Our highly experienced work-life specialists deliver unlimited comprehensive assistance for family care and personal needs in the areas of child care, adoption, elder care, dependent care, education (pre-K to college), and pre-retirement planning.
Our Wellness Connections® program features a comprehensive suite of assessment and life-management tools, as well as professional coaching services that are seamlessly integrated with FEI’s EAP and work-life services. Wellness Connections uses a holistic, integrated approach, addressing health-related habits and behaviors in a context that includes the full spectrum of issues known to effect workplace productivity.

Compliance and Ethics Hotline
FEI’s Compliance and Ethics Hotline (CEH) underscores your organization’s commitment to supporting the highest standards of ethical behavior. The CEH provides employees and stakeholders a means to anonymously report health and safety concerns, theft and illegal behavior, register complaints, and report unethical behavior to an impartial and objective third party. An external CEH gives employees a place to speak freely in a safe and confidential environment.
