EAP Management Consultation

Managers and supervisors play a key role in the success of your organization. Yet, they are expected to deal with an ever-increasing range of concerns. FEI Behavioral Health's account managers are available for unlimited consultations to assess these concerns and discuss appropriate directions and options.

Through the employee assistance program (EAP), we provide consultations related to a variety of workplace issues, including:

  • Employee personal problems that interfere with work performance, attitude, or attendance
  • Concern for employee suicide, violence, or other workplace behavioral risk
  • Coping with the aftermath of a traumatic event
  • Drugs and alcohol in the workplace and management of positive drug screens
  • Promoting the availability of EAP services
  • Organizational change and transitions, such as layoffs and mergers
  • Training needs
  • Policy development and application

Our services redirect employee personal problems and sensitive workplace issues to the EAP, which free managers to manage. Our consistent approach in addressing employee problems and policy application will reduce your organization's liability.
