Vivian Marinelli, Psy.D.
Senior Director, Crisis Management Services

Vivian Marinelli is the Senior Director of Crisis Management Services for FEI Behavioral Health. She provides consultation with customers on behavioral health as well as emergency preparedness, crisis response, and family assistance issues. Vivian is experienced in the development of curriculum and training of FEI affiliates to serve as Crisis Support Coordinators, and employees to act as Peer Support Facilitators. She brings over fifteen years of work in direct clinical services specializing in trauma and grief counseling to her position which focuses on assisting individuals involved in critical incidents.

Vivian has provided support to the families and customers of many mass casualty disasters including, Egypt Air 990, the hijacked passengers of Saudi Arabian Flight 115, AirTransat Flight 236’s emergency landing, the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, bombings in Islamabad and Jakarta, Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, Colgan Flight 3407, Haiti Earthquake and UPS Flight 6 crash in Dubai among others. With all of these events, the assessment of individual status and current needs has been critical in order to provide “psychological first aid” which provides the foundation for recovery. Vivian holds a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Psychologist in Wisconsin.
